Agreed with his wife, asked for expedience in finishing the project, and suggested the town needs a planning mechanism to prevent developers from leaving portions of projects unfinished for years.

Questioned whether residents were promised a pool when buying, said the process felt quasi-judicial without resident input, and argued the developer should be fined and residents should get what they want in a timely manner.

Said the community met several times and agrees with the developer's playground plan, asking the board to disregard prior comments and move forward.
